Serve as Co-founder & Producing Artistic Director of professional non-profit theatre company, overseeing all creative and artistic aspects of an ensemble theatre company doing modern adaptations of Shakespeare and original works. Responsible for all artistic and educational programming, touring, hiring of artists & development, as well as producing and grant-writing.
